Abstract

The large-scaled economic crisis in the world in 2008 has been making a worse impact to the unsatisfactory situation of college graduates' employment.This paper analyzes the effect of economic crisis to college graduates' employment and the causes for the hard situation of college graduates' employment,and puts forward approaches and methods to settle the problem of college graduates' employment.
