On the employment of college graduates under the background of the financial crisis

The financial crisis affects the higher education development,especially the college graduates.At present,the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year and employment pressure increases.Based on detailed analysis of financial crisis of college students' employment,it proposes that the students should rationally face the employment question,the university should strengthen college students employment guidance and employment ability training,the state and society should issue employment polices,provide more work positions and enlarge undergraduates enrollment.
