Exploration about flexible employment of college graduates under new situation

The higher education in our country has entered the stage of popular education since the college expansion, and the problems about the number increasing rapidly of university student and the employment of college graduates have become serious increasingly.The world has entered the times of flexibility of labor and economic instability, job insecurity.In particular, the real economy in our country was affected by the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, which made the number of employment-related decline in the industry, and the employment situation for college graduates became more severe.Flexible em-ployment options for college graduates would not only reduce the employment pressure, but also solve the employment problems of its own, which was concerned by the government, society and widespread in the education sector to relieve the employment be-come a way of contradiction.This paper analyzes the new situation of college graduates in our country under the definition of f lexi-ble employment and the status approach, flexible employment of college graduates and the causes of the facing problems and to promote the idea of flexible employment, and measures with a view to the successful employment of college graduates benefits.
