Educational Reform of Teachers: Quicken the Professionalization of Teachers

It is both an urgency and long-term task to deepen the educational reform of teachers, to enhance the educational quality of teachers and to quicken the professionalization of teachers. The major measures for these are taken as follow: to deepen the reform of educational institution of teachers, particularly the curriculum of normal college; to reform and strengthen the moral education of normal college; to construct the sound system of specialty practice for probationary teachers; to carry out the thought of lifetime education; to realize the integration of teachers and education; to optimize the educational resources; to push forward the pluralism of teacher's education and to promote the innovation by system in order to probe into a new mode of teacher's education.
