Teachers' Professional Developments and Reform of Teachers' Education in Local Universities

In the theoretical framework of teachers' professionalization,this paper takes the educational reform in Huanggang Normal University as an investigation case to work out the teachers' education model in local universities which aims to reconstruct the knowledge system of teachers' education,to strengthen the reflective practices,to promote the interaction between higher education and fundamental education,and to develop the co-operation between pre-service education and post-service education.
