Abstract
The development of the teachers' professionalization is both the world trend and the objective requirement for China's educational development and for the reform of the teacher education as well.It is necessary to improve the system guarantee,promote the independence in specialty and pay more attention to the development of the teachers,which will be of much help for the growth of the teachers' professionalization and for the building of a strong faculty team.
