Teachers' Professionalization and the Reform of Chinese Teachers' Education

Abstract
The teachers' professionalization has been warmly concerned since 1980's 20centry and has become the world's trend now. In order to train the hight quality teachers and to enhance the level of teachers' professionalization, we must aim at the teachers' professionalization to deepen the reform of Chinese teachers' education through improving curriculum structure, strengthening pratice and the education of teachers' professional ethics,prolonging the system of normal education .
