Abstract
The university rules and regulations, the integration of university work and activities' rules and regulations, have a deep influence on the students' thoughts and deeds. It will help cultivate the students into persons who can satisfy the social requirements, if sound and reasonable. Or it will render the students to have a vague idea about the social requirements, even fail to meet them, which thus has a bad influence on their growth.
