Abstract
There exist problems of lacking of representativeness and democracy,lacking of authoritativeness in the process of implementation,and missing supervising and feedback links in the construction of rules and regulations of colleges and universities.In order to guarantee the benign operation of the management work,maintain regular order on campuses and realize running school according to the laws,it is of great significance to make scientific rules and regulations.This paper analyzes the rules and regulations of schools from the perspective of sociology,reflects the problems existing in the construction of rules and regulations in colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions as to making scientific and reasonable rules and regulations.
