Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Guanmaitongyu Decoction(GMTYD) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats as well as the electrocardiogram of the coronary heart disease patients.Methods:After making up the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model,the rats were given different dosages of drug.The protective effects of GMTYD on cardiac muscles were observed by detecting the index in blood serum.Besides,61 cornary heart disease patients were divided into the control group with 30 patients and the treatment group with 31 patients randomly.The control group was given the original western medicine,while the treatment group was added GMTYD on the basis of western medicine.Compared with the electcardiograms before and after 3 months treatment.Results:The experiment indicated that GMTYD decreased MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in blood serum and also increased the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in cardiac musules.It improved the ischemia level on electcardiogram of patients.Conclusion:GMTYD has the therapeutic and preventive effect on myocaridal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and also availably improve the electcardiogram of the patients that suffer myocardial ischemia.
