Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the protective role of FuXinJian and its possible mechanism in rats of myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods:Fifty male healthy SD rats,weight 250-300g,were divided into five groups at random:the sham operation group,the ischemia reperfusion injury group,the positive drug group,the high-dose FuXinJian protective group,and the low-dose FuXinJian protective group.The rat models of myocardial ischemia reperfusion were made in all groups.Eight successful model rats were selected from each group.To monitor the electrocardiogram(ECG) of the limbs surface in the whole process,the change of the ST stage was recorded,and the scope of myocardial infarction was measureed.Serum LDH,AST and CK-MB of each group were measured and recorded.Result:Compared to the ischemia reperfusion injury group,the rising of ST stage in the electrocardiogram(ECG) in FuXinJian groups was lowered significantly(*P0.05,**P0.01).The weight of ischemic myocardial region and the size of infarct myocardial tissue were reduced significantly(*P0.05).FuXinJian groups significantly lowered the values of AST,LDH and CK-MB(*P0.05,**P0.01).It indicated that FuXinJian could reduce myocardial ischemia injury.Conclusion:It suggests that FuXinJian has a certain protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury of rats.The protective mechanism of FuXinJian indicates the multi-target effect.
