Trade Unions of Enterprises and Building up Harmonious Labor Relations

Whether the labor relations in enterprises are harmonious exerts direct influence on the construction of a socialist harmonious society in China.It is a key factor whether trade union could play a role of building up harmonious labor relations in enterprises.Our investigation shows that the labor relations in enterprises in China are not harmonious since there is not a rational forming mechanism and increasing mechanism of labor price in the labor market in China, and it causes low income of laborers.In order to set up the mechanisms,we need trade unions in enterprises can do collective consultation on wages and do gambling and chess with employers effectively.However,trade unions dependent on employers can not play this role.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the organizational system and functional system of trade union in enterprises.
