Trade Union and Building up Harmonious Labor Relations in China

Under the system of socialist market economy,in the labor relations in state-owned enterprises in China,the actors is becoming more and more clear,and the interests becomes different.Compared with the capital and management,laborers are in a disadvantageous position and infringed easily.As the representative of laborers,trade union should play the role of communication,education and training,consultation and protection in order to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.
