Abstract
In the practice,in order to advance trade unions role of building enterprises with harmonious labor relations,we should make the work of safeguarding rights being standardization,the democratic management being in order,the technical training being regularly,the work of helping poor workers being systematic and the cultural and sport activities being varied.
