Abstract
Molecular targeted therapy has a advance development, the molecular targeted therapies drug for epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) present definite clinic effect. It has shown that somatic gene mutation in the tyrosine kinase(TK) domain of the EGFR gene is associated with the sensitivity of non-smal cell lung cancer(NSCLC) to TK inhibitor Gefitinib. In the article,a brief introduction for correlative study was presented.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
