Abstract
EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor is an investigative hot spot in targeted therapy of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Mutation of epidermal growth receptor tyrosine kinase domain gene had been studied as response predictive markers for EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This article reviews the development on the study of epidermal growth receptor tyrosine kinase domain gene mutation and association with targeted therapy in non-small cell lung cancer. It is beneficial to choose patients of non-small cell lung cancer who will response to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
