Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cost-effect of Fleroxacin and Pefloxacin for impenetrate treatment of lower respiratory infection. Methods:122 cases with lower respiratory infection are selected by retrospective analysis. They are divided into 2 groups and treated with Fleroxacin and Pefloxacin, respectively. The cost-effect of two groups is analyzed and compared with each other by the statistical method and cost-effectiveness analysis. Results:The effectiveness rates of Fleroxacin and Pefloxacin are 89.83%and 87.30% respectively, there is no statistically significant difference (P0.05). The costs of two drugs are 290.63 and 36.07 yuan respectively; and their cost-efect ratios are 3.23 and 2.70, respectively. Conclusion:Pefloxacin has cost-effect advantage over Fleroxacin in the impenetrate treatment of lower respiratory infection.
