Abstract

Objective To explore the value of urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG on the early Diagnosis of Diabetic Renal injury. Methods Urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG was examined by using immunoturbidity and radioimmunoassay in 64 diabetic mellitus patients, and they were compared with those of 66 normal controls. Results Before the appearance of the urinary protein and kidney dysfuntion, the diabetic mellitus patients urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG were significantly higher than normal controls ( P 0.001). Conclusion Urinary mAlb and β_ 2 MG may have an important role in the early Diagnosis of Diabetic Renal injury.
