Abstract
Objective To detect urine mAlb and α1-MG in diabetic patients and to evaluatc their diagnostic value for renal injury. Methods Urine mAlb and α1-MG in 60 healthy people and 60 patients with diabetes were assayed by immunological transmission turbidimetry ratio. Results The contents of mAlb and α1-MG in diabetes group were higher than the control group. Conclusion The contents of mAlb and α1-MG can be used as sensitive biomarkers for early diagnosis of diabetic renal injury, and they play an important role in monitoring the occurrence and severity of early diabetic nephropathy.
