Abstract

Objective\] To explore the relationship between the laminin (LN) expression and the metastasis?prognosis of lung carcinoma \LN expression of lung carcinoma tissue in 96 cases(the squamosum carcinoma 49 cases, the adenocarcinoma 47 cases) were tested with immunohistochemistry LSAB method \Marked differences in LN expression types were found in different tissue types of lung carcinoma (P0 05) ; Significant difference were found in different differentiation and different grades of lung carcinoma (P0 00001) ; Significant difference were found in lung carcinoma tissues in or non lymph nodes metastasis and in different life cycles after operations (P0 001) \[Conclusion\] LN expression types can be used as an independent judgement parameter for lung carcinoma cell differentiation?lymph nodes metastasis and patients' prognosis
