Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical application value of using TRFIA method and ELISA method to detect HbsAb, and to investigate the relationship between the effect of TRFIA quantitative detection and results with ELISA qualitative detection of S/CO value. Methods Using TRFIA method and ELISA method to detect different concentration of standard samples and serum specimen of 89 healthy controls were performed. Results Sensitivity of using TRFIA method for HBsAb detection was lower than 10 mIU/ml, while using ELISA method for HBsAb detection, when the concentration of HBsAb was 10.00~40.00 mIU/ml,the sensitivity turned to be weakly positive; when the concentration of HBsAb was 100 mIU/ml, the value of quantitative detectection of S/CO was 6.00.Conclusion Using TRFIA method for quantitative HBsAb detection is more sensitive, accurate, and beneficial to clinical diagnosis, classification and treatment evaluation.
