Application of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Method The clinical data of 59 pregnant women used Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF to prevent postpartum hemorrhage were collected and analyzed.Results The time of third stage of labor was(7.5±3) min in the observation group,(10±3) min in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).The hemorrhage volume of 2 h after delivery was(142±42) ml in the observation group,(164±55) ml in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Conclusion The application of Methyl Carboprost-NEGPF in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage can decrease the third stage of labor and blood volume obviously,get the satisfactory effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
