The Clinical Comparative Study of Laparoscopy and Laparotomy for the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

Objective To observe and compare therapeutic effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy for the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods 215 patients with ovarian cysts were chose in the period from March 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group(108 patients) with laparotomy treatment and experimental group(107 patients) with laparoscopy treatment;and after treatment the operative time,blood loss during operation,the postoperative fever rate,activity time,the hospital staying time,the recovery time of white blood cell.,the using rate of analgesia pump,and the postoperative ventilation rate were compared.Results The the operative time,blood loss during operation,the postoperative fever rate,activity time,the hospital staying time,the recovery time of white blood cell.,the using rate of analgesia pump,and the postoperative ventilation rate of experimental group were significantly better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparotomy treatment,the laparoscopy treatment on ovarian cysts obtain excellent effect,possess fast,minimally invasive,shorter recovery time,better life quality and is worthy of clinical application.
