Clinical Observation on Qianliejian Decoction Combined with Terazosin for 36 Cases of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of QianlieJian decoction for chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods 72 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group of Qianliejian and the QianlieHuiChun capsule control group. The treatment group was given the forefront of self- intended Qianliejian Decoction,1 agent daily,3 times daily; the control group was given QianlieHuiChun capsules,1. 5 g once,twice daily. One treatment course lasted for 6 weeks. Cure rate,rate,the evaluation of The National Institutes of Healthy Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index( NIH-CPSI),and the EPS-checking were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treanment and control group were 94. 44% and 83. 33% respectively( P 0. 05). The comprehensive scores of NIH-CPSI were significantly different( P 0. 05). Conclusion QianlieJian decoction was a more effective way than QianlieHuiChun capsules in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
