Clinical observation of Ziyinhuazhuo decoction on the treatment of chronic prostatitis

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Ziyinhuazhuo decoction on the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitic were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=50) were treated by Ziyinhuazhuo decoction and patinets in control group(n=50) were treated by Qianliekang,for 6 weeks respectively.The clicinal efficacy was evaluated by NICH-CPSI.Results There were significant differences on NICH-CPSI total score between two groups,before and after treatment(P0.05,P0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group(92%) were higher than that in control group(74%,P0.05).The clinical effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ziyinhuazhuo decoction has definite effect on the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
