Clinical Observations on Treatment of 120 Chronic Prostatitis Patients with Qianllieshuning Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qianllieshuning Decoction on chronic prostatitis patients. Method:120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 patients in group were treated with the Qianllieshuning Decoction,Daily pay,decoction secondary decoction 500 ml Dosage 3 times a day;control group in which 40 cases were treated with Qianlietongyu Capsules,3 times a day,5 pills each times. A month for a course,and lasted for 2 courses. All cases were followed-up for more than 1 month. The clinical symptoms and the score of EPS- the WBC,the body of the EPS-lecithin,the NIH-CPSI were observed. Result:The clinical symptoms and the score of EPS-the WBC,number of EPS- lecithin,the NIH-CPSI improved significantly,The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group higher than that of the control group ,The total effective rate of which was 80%( P 0.005),No abnormal reaction was observed. Conclusion:The Qianllieshuning Decoction is superior to traditional drugs for treatment chronic prostatitis. A new medicine was found out for the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
