Abstract

Influenced by the tide of worldwide public administration reform, the government of Singapore, which is usually well known for its probity, high-efficiency, and rule of low, also carried through active reforms. It has made remarkable effect in such aspects as contractual management, government reorganization , privatization of public organization, and construction of electronic government, etc.
