Abstract
The Chinese government reform is an issue of overall reform of China's big problem.Because the Government reform is relate to both the economic system and also the political system.This article reviews the past 15 years the course of reform which the contemporary value of the Chinese government changed,analysis of the current reform of the Chinese government's new value orientation.Also,put forward to a number of counter measures and suggestions to build the effective government.
