Abstract

The contemporary western reform has a history of over 30 years,whose developing trend of practice reflects the new concept of modern public administration.This paper aims to get the conclusion that the contemporary western governments are seeking for the balanced development of limited government and promising government in the process of reform,and then puts forward some enlightenments to our Chinese reform.
