Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical effect of hybrid acute leukemia detected by flow cytometry. Methods The patients with hybrid acute leukemia (HAL) and acute myelocytic leukemia with lymphocytic antigen expression (Ly+AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia with myeloid antigen expression (My + ALL) in our hospital were detected by flow cytometry after one and two course of treatment respectively, and The test results were compared. Results The maximum positive rate of myeloid CD33 immunophenotype in HAL patients was 95%, the maximum positive rate of B lymphocyte CyCD22 immunophenotype in HAL patients was 75%, the maximum positive rate of T lymphocyte CD7 immunophenotype in HAL patients was 30%, and CD2 , CyCD3 and CD5 were all expressed. The remission induction rate of Ly+AML and My+ALL in first and second course of treatment were both higher obviously than that of HAL patients (P 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Hybrid acute leukemia detected by flow cytometry has high positive detective rate. It has important directive to evaluation on the clinical therapeutic effect.
