Abstract
Objective Investigate and analyse the antigen expression and clinical significance in adult acute leukemia.Methods 45 patients with leukemia were determined with flow cytometry to obtain valid diagnosis.Results In 19 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL),there were 16.3% patients expressed myeloid antigen,which CD_(13) were 14.6% and CD_(33) 8.4%.The percent of CR(35.2%)in the ALL with positive myeloid antigen expression was significantly lower that (69.7%) with negative myeloid antigen expression.In 26 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML)there were 23.8% patients expressed lymphoblastic antigen,which CD_7 were 12.4% and CD_(19) 9.7%.The percent of CR(41.6%)in the AML with positive lymphoblastic antigen expression was lower that (62.1%) with negative lymphoblastic antigen expression.Conclusion The immunophenotyping could provide more reliable,sensitive and specific evidence in the clinical diagnosis and prognostic significance in acute leukemia.
