Abstract
Objective To discuss application and effect evaluation of comfortable nursing intervention to patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods 74 cases of CHF patients from January 2009 to April 2012 collected from the Fourth Hospital of Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province were selected and divided into nursing intervention group and routine nursing group at random. The patients in two groups were given routine treatment, including basic nursing, daily nursing and treatment nursing. The patients in nursing intervention group were additionally given comfortable nursing intervention. The courses of intervention in both groups were 16 weeks. The clinical effects and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were observed after 16 weeks′intervention, and the one-year readmission rate and case fatality rate after the intervention were compared and followed up as well. Results After 16 weeks' intervention, the total clinical efficiency(89.19%) of patients in nursing intervention group was obviously better than that in routine nursing group(70.27%)(χ2=5.64, P 0.05), and the total nursing satisfaction rate sores of(94.27±16.47) points was much higher than that in routine nursing group of(87.64±15.12) points(t = 2.19, P 0.05). The one-year follow-up was carried on after the intervention, and the readmission rate of patients in nursing intervention group(35.14%) was much lower than that in routine nursing group(64.86%)(χ2=6.54, P 0.05). No statistical difference of case fatality rate appeared after the comparison in two groups(χ2=0.26, P 0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing intervention can enhance the clinical effects of CHF patients, and can effectively control the patient's condition, improve the satisfaction of nursing, reduce the readmission rate of patients, and it is beneficial to the early recovery of patients.
