Influence of nursing intervention on reduction of incidence rate of complications in hypertension patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on reduction of the incidence rate of complications in hypertension patients.Methods 100 hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing measures,while the observation group was conducted with enhanced comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group.Clinical materials of patients in two groups were compared and summarized.Results Before the implementation of nursing intervention,there were no significant differences of anxiety and depression status and level of blood pressure between two groups(P0.05);after the implementation of nursing intervention,the indexes mentioned above in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P0.05);incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfactory degree toward nursing and treatment compliance were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Reinforcement of holistic nursing intervention for hypertension patients can reduce the incidence rate of complications,improve nursing quality and provide a strong guarantee for the improvement of prognosis.
