Influence of Clinical Nursing Intervention on Clinical Curative Effects of Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To investigate the influence of clinical nursing intervention on clinical curative effects in the patients with chronic gastritis.Method:70 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from Jan 2010 to June 2014 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Two groups were all based on the holistic nursing.The control group took the conventional nursing methods.The observation group adopted the clinical nursing intervention and performed nursing care by conducting the planned,targeted and individualized nursing scheme. Treatment effect and incidence rate of complications were observed and recorded in the two groups.Result:After a period of nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);the degree of patient satisfaction after nursing intervention was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 85.7% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention can obviously improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the effect of clinical treatment and nursing service satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
