The influence of nursing intervention on elderly patientswith high blood pressure

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with high blood pressure.Methods: 100 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group(n=50).In intervention group,the patients received survey before intervention,psychological intervention,dietary intervention and drug intervention,motion intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention such as blood pressure monitoring;while basic nursing was implementated in control group.Results: The blood pressure of both two groups were effectively controlled.The length of hospital stay was shorter and nursing satisfaction was significantly better in intervention group than those control group.According to the comparison of two groups,there exists the remarkable difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively shorten the patients' hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
