Abstract
Objective Analysis and study of ulinastatin combined noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) in treatment of acute lung injury(ALI) the clinical curative effect and blood gas index changes. MethodsSelected from January 2013 to June 2014 were 16 cases of patients with acute lung injury, were randomly divided into the treatment group, using ulinastatin with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy, the control group, the conventional therapy, 8 cases in each group. Observation two groups blood gas index and stress reaction. Results Two groups of patients after treatment of blood gas index comparison, Pa O2, Pa O2/Fi O2 numerical treatment group is higher;Pa CO2, treatment after the second day of peripheral blood glucose level in the control group is higher;Statistically significant difference between all the groups(P 0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined therapy with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute lung injury can effectively improve the blood gas index, guarantee the blood drug concentration, has the good clinical curative effect.
