Abstract
Objective To study the changes in blood gas and clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with NIPPV in treatment of 48 patients with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods Patients with acute lung injury were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in observation group were given with ulinastatin and NIPPV and patients in control group were given with NIPPV.Then blood gas analysis and index of pharmacokinetics were observed.Results PaO2,PaO2/ FiO2,pH value and CMAX in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group,PaCO2,TMAX and T1/2 were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion The effect of ulinastatin combined with NIPPV has positive clinical significance in treatment of patients with acute lung injury.It can improve the index of blood gas and ensure the blood concentration of drugs.
