Abstract
[Objective] The aim of the research was to study the correlation between the trace elements in the soil and that in vegetables.[Method] Samples were collected by quincunx sampling method and the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Ca,Mg and Pb in soil and vegetables were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption method.[Result] There were abundant trace elements in the soil of the experimental field and the order of the contents was CaFeMnMgZnCu.And that in vegetables was CaMgFeCu.The determined vegetables had the selectivity to the absorption of trace elements in soil.Mg content in the determined vegetables was higher than that in the soil and Cu content was lower than that in the soil, which indicated that vegetables had the accumulation effect on Mg and they had no accumulation on Cu.The content of the same element had greater difference in different parts of vegetables and the contents of trace elements in the leaves of Lactuca sativa L.were all higher than that in the stem.Pb content of 70% vegetables didn't exceeded the limited quantity of national standard.[Conclusion] The trace elements in the soil had better correlation with that in vegetables.
