Abstract
The content and distribution of Cd, Pb, Zn in different vegetables was examined by using the microwave digestion and Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Cd, Pb in the Spinage, Brassica chinensis L. were higher, while Zn in the radish, potato were higher. Further analysis of leaf vegetables with high content of Cadmium indicated that the leaf of vegetables often contained high content of Cadmium and Lead, while Zinc was in the stem in most case.
