Phenomenon of "shortage of farmer workers" and analysis of its cause

In recent years,in the new condition that the farmer worker has become an important component of industrial workers,the presence of shortage of farmer is an adverse current in the shifting wave,and it is spreading among laborers-collective enterprises-the main places where farmer workers enter,showing structure misbalance,that is,women workers and technical ones are in serious shortage,so that its economic and social effects are tremendously great.It fully reveals that the environment for farmer workers' entering cities to work has deteriorated,and that the present systems,such as income distribution,protection for labor,management for household registers,choices for jobs,education and training,and something like that,have become a substantive factor hindering the shift of the agricultural remaining laborers.
