Abstract
Since 2004,the phenomenon of shortage of farmer workers has reappeared in China,and many labor intensive industries encounter the problem of shortage of farmer workers.At present,the phenomenon of shortage of farmer workers develops into competing for farmer workers which takes place all over the nation.The main causes for this include the low pay for farmer workers,the rise of farm products' prices,high consumption level of cities,etc.To solve the problem,both companies and related government departments must work together with their joint efforts.
