Abstract

Abstract: The shortage of farmer workers that lasts from 2004 to 2005 is absolutely not a temporary or accidental social phenomena.The shortage is not demand exceeding supply or supply exceeding demand actually.The paper thinks on the social influence of the shortage,believing the essence of which is the shortage of rights.The article analyzes the producing reasons of the shortage from different angles and believes that protecting rights of farer workers must be attached importance to if the shortage problem to be resolved.
