Clinical Observation of "Stomach-II Decoction" in Treating 51 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Eighty-one subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 51 cases were treated with Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Weifuchun Tablet,with a course of six months.Results The total effective rate was 76.5% in treatment group and 63.3% in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Stomach-Ⅱ Decoction is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis.
