Effect observation of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in epidural labor analgesia

Objective To explore the application effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in epidural labor analgesia.Methods 92 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The observation group was received epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil,while the control group was received epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine only.The anesthetic onset time,completely blocking time,duration of analgesia,analgesic effect and adverse reaction after anesthesia of 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of analgesia of the observation group(93.5%) was higher than that of the control group(78.3%);the anesthetic onset time and complete block of time in observation group were lower than that of the control group;the duration of analgesia in observation group were longer than that of the control group,and the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was 8.7%,which was 10.9% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Epidural labor analgesia with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil has exact effect and low incidence rate of adverse reactions,which is a safe and effective anesthesia method,and is worthy of further clinical use.
