Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of the intrathecal injection of sufentanil combined opivacaine in labor analgesia. Methods 156 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ-class health primiparae were randomly divided into observation group and control group,n=78 cases in the observation group were given sufentanil ropivacaine analgesia, while 78 cases in the control group using fentanyl ropivacaine analgesia,double-blind controlled observation. All parturient adopted epidural intubation for self-control analgesia after subarachnoid cavity medication, observation group use 0.2μg/ml sufentanil and 0.1% ropivacaine, the control group was 2μg / ml fentany1 and 0.1% ropivacaine. After administration observe and compare the analgesic onset time of analgesia, the maintain time, analgesic satisfaction,at each time point VAS,motor block, postpartum hemorrhage, intrapartum and neonatal adverse reaction occurrence of the two groups. Results In observation group the analgesic onset time, the analgesic effect, analgesia maintain time and patients' satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(p0.05);90min after the analgesic, the effect of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was significant(p0.05);Bromage score, postpartum hemorrhage, intrapartum and neonatal conditions and adverse reactions incidence with no significant difference between the two groups(p0.05). Conclusion The intrathecal administration of sufentanil combined ropivacaine in labor analgesia has the advantage of rapid onset of analgesia and better analgesic effect, analgesia maintain a long time, and less side effects, worthy of clinical application.
