Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of low concentration of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural analgesia in labor. Methods A total of 92 cases with full- term mothers who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to July 2013,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 46 cases. The observation group was treated with low concentrations of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil continuous epidural analgesia, control group did not use any analgesia. The visual analogue( VAS) score, the second and third stage of labor and Apgar score situation in two groups were obserred. Results Observation group during maternity VAS score higher, the second stage and time shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). No statistical significance between two groups of third time of birth process and 5min Apgar score difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Low concentrations of ropivacaine used in epidural analgesia with sufentanil have good clinical results, with a high clinical value, worthy of further promotion use.
