Abstract
At the severe employment situation,employment difficulties highlighted because of the agricultural graduates' particularity.This paper analyzes the employment difficulties for agricultural graduates from school-running and students' own conditions.It also propose strengthening employment guidance and innovating education reform in order to enhance the employability of agricultural graduates.
