A Study on the Graduates' Employment Policy in Hebei Province during the Twelfth Five-year Plan Period

The graduates' employment situation remains grave during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period.The main reason is that the willingness,structure of knowledge and skills of graduates do not match the labor demands.To solve this problem effectively,as well as to improve the graduates' employment,the fundamental way out is to enhance the employability of graduates.Therefore,the government should construct employment policy to enhance the graduates' employability;the colleges ought to deepen the reform of education system to cultivate the graduates' employability and the graduates must aim at the development to improve the employability.
