The Research on Employment Problems and Solutions of Agricultural Universities Graduates

In the background of the grim employment situation of universities graduates,the employment situation of agricultural universities graduates is not optimistic.Government policy,one-sided concept of social,unreasonable specialty in agricultural universities,the lack of complete employment and entrepreneurship guidance system and the low employability of the graduates are all of the reasons which lead to the problem.So the government should put the policy into effect.Social should change one-side understanding of the agricultural universities graduates.Specialized field in agricultural universities will be set based on the market demand.On the other hand,not only agricultural universities should improve employment and entrepreneurship guidance system,but also the graduates should improve their employability.
