Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To detect the contents of six trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg) in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.METHODS:The samples were diluted by microwave with HNO3.The contents of six trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca and Mg) were determined by calibration curve method.RESULTS:The recovery rates of the six trace elements ranged from 99.40% to 108.00% with all RSD being less than 1.86%.CONCLUSIONS:The results show that the Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis is rich in trace elements which are necessary for people. The method applied in this study is simple, accurate and satisfactory.
